Re: Work VPN not working (existing answers haven't fixed it!) on 19-10-2019 09:16 Thanks Katie but not only has your response riled other people given where you’ve suggested I go for help, it has annoyed me too as the issue is not with the VPN given it works connected via a cable to the router and via O2 wifi (hotspotting from my phone).
For VPN, the VPN stack saves its credential as the session default. For WiFi, EAP does it. The credentials are put in Credential Manager as a "*Session" credential. A "*Session" credential implies that it is valid for the current user session. The credentials are also cleaned up when the WiFi or VPN connection is disconnected.
