our internet connection is stable. can download torrents at 5mbps. but whenever i update dota 2. its just like 10kbps to 50 kbps. i tried changing download region, doesnt really work. pause and unpause is working but for only like 10 seconds. PEAK at 4 mbps then go down to 50 kbps. damn son. 50 days just to download 100mb update
